APT takes no responsibility for the sale, handling, packaging, or distribution of photographs displayed on its site. Individual photographers' contact information is included for the purpose of executing any transaction between said photographer and any potential buyers. The finality of sales, type or quantity of prints, timing and type of delivery and monetary exchange is entirely up to the discretion of the individual photographer, and Alaska Photo Travels accepts no responsibility for the quality of transaction between photographer and buyer, within the confines of a regular business exchange. However, any indiscretions, illegalities, or immoralities perpetrated upon a customer by a photographer whose work is displayed on the Alaska Photo Travels site will result in said photographer's work being immediately removed from the site, and his/her exclusion from further participation with Alaska Photo Travels.

   Editorial management of Alaska Photo Travels is conducted with the sole intent of displaying contributors' photographs, stories, articles, etc, in a manner that is pleasing to the viewer, and fully acceptable to the contributor. Great care will be taken to work with individual contributors to display their hard work in a quality presentation.
